A simple wooden stool to which was added on one of the legs a conical volume half high evoking the shape of a vase as an intermediate step to ease climbing transforming it into a stepladder or allowing to put a glass beside you.
Rather than changing the structure of the stool and to keep it simple , I just added a deliberately different element as if we had placed an object on the ground to climb the stool.
These two seemingly unrelated objects, which have become indissociable, ask us about balance and about the possible complementarity of differences.
